TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HydraFacial Birmingham

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which HydraFacial Birmingham provides treatments and services to its clients. Please read them carefully before booking any appointment. By booking a consultation or treatment, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
General
All clients will be assessed for suitability prior to any treatment being carried out. HydraFacial Birmingham reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide full and accurate medical history and medication details prior to each treatment.
We cannot treat open wounds or fresh scars on the treatment site.
Clients may request a copy of the consultation form prior to booking by contacting the clinic.
1. Appointments
All therapists and practitioners at HydraFacial Birmingham are trained and approved in accordance with clinic protocols. Continuity with a named practitioner cannot be guaranteed.
Clients will be advised of any preparation required prior to treatment. Failure to follow pre treatment instructions may result in cancellation, reduced treatment time or additional charges.
HydraFacial Birmingham aims to ensure appointments run on time. If the clinic needs to cancel an appointment at short notice, clients will be contacted as soon as possible and the appointment will be rebooked at a mutually convenient time.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice if they are unable to attend an appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit or the treatment being redeemed from a value pack or course.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit or treatment being redeemed.
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment.
2. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
For consultation or treatment appointments, a deposit of £15 to £50 may be required depending on the treatment booked. The deposit amount is determined by HydraFacial Birmingham at its discretion and will be charged to your debit or credit card at the time of booking.
Deposits are redeemed against the value of the consultation or treatment fee.
Deposits that remain unclaimed for twelve months will be redeemed.
Deposit refunds are subject to the cancellation policy set out below.
3. Cancellation Policy
This policy is in place to allow the clinic to manage appointments effectively and maximise availability.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the deposit or treatment being redeemed.
Single Treatments
A deposit may be taken when booking a single treatment and is redeemable against the treatment fee.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in the deposit being redeemed.
Clients must take clinic opening hours into account when providing notice to ensure the correct notice period is given.
Pre Paid Value Packs or Courses
No deposit is required when booking treatments from a pre paid value pack or course.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in the treatment being redeemed from the course.
4. Pricing and Payments
Consultation and treatment prices may vary, including during promotional periods. Current prices are available on the website or in clinic.
Written quotations that are not subject to promotional discounts will be honoured for up to six weeks.
Payments can be made by card, cash or contactless payment.
Zero percent finance options may be available. Please speak to your practitioner for further details.
5. Courses of Treatment
All treatments purchased as a course or package must be paid for in full prior to the first treatment.
Courses must be completed within twelve months of the purchase date. Any unused treatments after this period will be redeemed and a new course will be required.
Value packs and courses of treatment are non refundable and no refunds are offered, including for medical reasons. In exceptional circumstances, HydraFacial Birmingham may, at its sole discretion, agree to a refund. Where a discretionary refund is approved, it will be calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, together with any charges for non attendance or late cancellations. Any remaining balance may be refunded.
6. Suitability for Treatment
All clients will be assessed for suitability prior to treatment.

7. Liability and Consent
Clients must read and sign the relevant consent forms prior to treatment. HydraFacial Birmingham reserves the right to refuse treatment without written consent.
If a client proceeds without providing written consent, they do so at their own risk and HydraFacial Birmingham cannot be held liable.
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided. HydraFacial Birmingham will not be liable for complications arising from failure to follow advice.
HydraFacial Birmingham will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a client’s failure to disclose relevant medical information.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Complaints
HydraFacial Birmingham is committed to providing a high standard of care. Clients may raise concerns or complaints in person, by telephone or in writing.
Non medical complaints will be handled by the Clinic Manager.
Treatment related complaints will be reviewed with the relevant practitioner and may require a follow up consultation. The aim is to provide clarification, resolution and appropriate support.
